WOMEN AND GIRLS FOUNDATION

A Leadership Washington County project group will be surveying
private employers (both for-profit and non-profit organizations) and
government boards in Washington County to assess the level of
diversity on their boards and councils. Some factors that will be
considered are: age, race/ethnicity, sex, and geography (in terms of
place of residence) of board members.  The data will be compiled to
show trends throughout Washington County.
